4 month stats

We went to Aria's 4 month check up and she is one tall and skinny little girl. She is 25" long (80th percentile), 12 lbs. 2 oz. (20th percentile), and she has a tiny little head at 39.5 cm (10th percentile). And she is healthy and smiley! Although, I will say she is having a rough go of this round of immunizations.

Aria is quite the little snuggle bug. She loves laying on her daddy's shoulder.

four months

As a four month update:
  ::  loves to smile and talk A LOT at her 4:30/5:00am feeding
  ::  loves playtime
  ::  loves blowing raspberries with her dad
  ::  loves trying to sit up on her own (although, she can't quite do it yet)
  ::  likes trying to grab hold of the water coming out of the facet at bath time
  ::  likes to kick her legs as hard as she can (often aiming them at something to push over or hit)
  ::  likes to snuggle & get kisses
  ::  likes to sleep in her own bed (this is something we have been working on)
  ::  smiles when she hears her dad on the phone calling during the day
  ::  loves to watch TV (she is fascinated!!)

(we go to her 4 month dr. check up tomorrow afternoon for the official stats of how she is growing)

While I was going through Aria's clothes to put away the 0-3 month size that she is getting slightly too big for (sniff) she was playing on the boppy pillow. She was so interested in the fabric pattern she wouldn't even look at me for a photo...and I couldn't resist taking a shot of her little ruffle bum, so cute!

I took these pics in January, I posed her this way to take a few photos while she was sleeping. She looks so peaceful. She was still in that stage where you could move her without waking her (don't worry, I don't let her sleep on her tummy).

monthly update :: sneak peak

I have been adding Aria's monthly photo update to an annual spread...because her pants are a little big in her two month old photo, it kind of looks like she is bigger there than her three month photo.
